Tristan Thomas joined Globe Life Liberty National in June 2019. His success in the insurance industry began at Farm Bureau, where he was a top producer for more than two years. Tristan grew up in Gainesville, Georgia, and attended the University of North Georgia. Since joining Globe Life Liberty National, he has been quickly promoted to different positions and currently holds the position of Agency Director. Tristan is passionate about advancing his career with Globe Life Liberty National Division, providing businesses and families with the coverage they need, and eventually retiring with the company.

Kevin Reeves joined our agency in 2020 when our Regional Agency Director, Randy Reeves, brought him on. Saving lives is Kevin’s forte as he came to us with an EMT background. He was quickly promoted to Supervising Agent and recently promoted to Agency Director. Kevin has dedicated his career to building a successful team of Agents and Supervising Agents.

In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Kevin enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, playing guitar, and can often be found on the sidelines of his children’s sporting events cheering them on.

Leigha Syfrett joined Globe Life Liberty National in October 2023. She was born and raised in Dawsonville, Georgia, and had recently graduated from the University of North Georgia at that time. Leigha entered the company with a strong career mindset and was promptly promoted from within. Thanks to this opportunity, Leigha has achieved a good work-life balance and enjoys spending her free time with friends, family, and her dog, Timber.

Troy Toombs joined Globe Life in November 2023 after many years in retail management and operations. More recently he owned and operated a home inspection business.
Troy has a passion for great customer service and satisfaction as well as helping and teaching businesses, peers, family and friends about coverages that are the best fit for their individual needs. When he is not at work, Troy enjoys playing a round of golf (or two) with friends and exploring the hiking trails.

Alex Shiver joined the J. Craig Wilson Agency in June 2024 with a passion for building trusted partnerships with businesses and helping protect their teams and families. As a representative with Globe Life Liberty National, he focuses on delivering supplemental benefits that provide security and peace of mind in an uncertain world. Alex believes that while two things in life are certain — a birth date and a death date — what happens in between matters most, and his mission is to make that time as secure and supported as possible. With a heart for service and a purpose-driven approach, he’s committed to helping companies attract and retain great employees by investing in their well-being.
