Mikala Whitaker has been a part of Globe Life Liberty National Division since March of 2016. She started her career off in the Dallas, Texas office and quickly becoming an Agency Director, before moving into the home office. Mikala helped grow the Worksite Market and in 2021 helped the division see double digit growth.

She grew a team that trained and developed leaders in the organization and saw agencies in her region break company records. She is now an Agency Director that gives individuals the same opportunity that she has been given.

Chris Robinson joined Globe Life: Liberty National Division in October of 2022. Providing top-notch customer service is certainly something Chris is accustomed to doing. In the recent past, he owned his own construction company. In addition, he worked as the operations manager for a well-established plumbing company.  Chris’ belief is that with hard work and persistence, all things are possible.

When Chris isn’t working, you can find him hunting, fishing, and enjoying time with his wife, Taylor, and children, Blakely and Weston. Chris also enjoys coaching little league baseball for Habersham County.

Seth Donovan joined Globe Life Liberty National Division in August of 2023. He is originally from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and is an avid Pittsburgh Penguin, Steeler, and Pirate fan. After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, MN he started working with children and families dealing with mental health concerns. In 2014 he completed his M.B.A. at Robert Morris University, PA and continued his passion for helping the ill as a healthcare administrator.

Seth currently resides in Clermont, GA with his wife, Sara and two beautiful daughters, Shea and Kamdyn. They have two very active rescue greyhounds and spend the majority of their free time at the softball fields.

Dawn McClaskey is a Supervising Agent with Globe Life Liberty National, specializing in worksite employee benefits. Before transitioning to the insurance industry, she served over 25 years with the Pembroke Pines Police Department in Broward County, Florida—spending a decade on road patrol, five years as a detective, and ten years in the training division. Dawn brings her dedication to service, leadership, and community to helping businesses secure and retain loyal and professional employees. Dawn is also a breast cancer survivor and brings her personal experience to help protect those employees and their families.

Ashley Gross brings over 15 years of experience working alongside blue-collar industries and small businesses, with a strong background in construction and relationship-driven service. She is passionate about helping employers support their teams with practical solutions that strengthen workplace culture and long-term financial stability. Known for her integrity, work ethic, and community focus, Ashley is committed to building genuine partnerships that make a lasting impact.

Ashley is married and a proud mom of four kids. She stays active in her church and enjoys spending her time outside of work with her family and staying involved in her local community.
