Mikala Whitaker
Regional Agency Director
Mikala Whitaker has been a part of Globe Life Liberty National Division since March of 2016. She started her career off in the Dallas, Texas office and quickly becoming an Agency Director, before moving into the home office. Mikala helped grow the Worksite Market and in 2021 helped the division see double digit growth.
She grew a team that trained and developed leaders in the organization and saw agencies in her region break company records. She is now an Agency Director that gives individuals the same opportunity that she has been given.
Chris Robinson
Agency Director
Chris Robinson joined Globe Life: Liberty National Division in October of 2022. Providing top-notch customer service is certainly something Chris is accustomed to doing. In the recent past, he owned his own construction company. In addition, he worked as the operations manager for a well-established plumbing company. Chris’ belief is that with hard work and persistence, all things are possible.
When Chris isn’t working, you can find him hunting, fishing, and enjoying time with his wife, Taylor, and children, Blakely and Weston. Chris also enjoys coaching little league baseball for Habersham County.
Seth Donovan
General Agent
Seth Donovan joined Globe Life Liberty National Division in August of 2023. He is originally from Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and is an avid Pittsburgh Penguin, Steeler, and Pirate fan. After earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Gustavus Adolphus College, MN he started working with children and families dealing with mental health concerns. In 2014 he completed his M.B.A. at Robert Morris University, PA and continued his passion for helping the ill as a healthcare administrator.
Seth currently resides in Clermont, GA with his wife, Sara and two beautiful daughters, Shea and Kamdyn. They have two very active rescue greyhounds and spend the majority of their free time at the softball fields.
Penny Allen
Supervising Agent
Penny Allen became a part of Globe Life Liberty National Division in April of 2023. Prior to this, Penny was a stay-at-home mom until a member of the Wilson Agency’s office personally recruited her. She has embraced this career change and has achieved success quickly.
Penny appreciates the work-life balance provided and cherishes spending time with her husband and three children. Additionally, she is a devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.
Harley Jo
Supervising Agent
Harley Jo joined Globe Life Liberty National in April 2024. Before starting her career here, she worked in hospitality and customer service, excelling in providing excellent customer care. She made a significant career change to help protect and support families, and her dedication led to a swift promotion into management. Harley has committed her career to assisting families and nurturing a strong team of agents.
Harley was born in Ohio but raised in Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and cherishing moments with friends and family. Harley and her boyfriend, Trevor, have a few fur babies, including two dogs and two cats named Quinn, Rambo, Spooky, and Tiva.
Ron Blake

In 2024, Ron Blake officially became a valued member of the Globe Life Liberty National team, leveraging his wealth of knowledge and expertise gained from previous leadership positions in the insurance industry. With a remarkable track record of over twenty years as a successful business owner, including a notable stint as CEO of a million-dollar enterprise, Ron brought a unique blend of experience to his new role.
Rather than embracing retirement, Ron made the deliberate choice to rejoin the workforce. His exceptional ability to swiftly assemble and lead a high-performing team has been prominently displayed in his new position.
